Stage 1
- Visit Initial Consultation – With
your budget in mind, we will evaluate your homes current
marketing condition and make staging recommendations to take
your home to it’s maximum presentation potential. We highly
recommend that this be your first step before placing
your home on the market for sale.
Stage 2
- Redesign Organizing – Some homes just need a
second set of eyes to help point out problem areas. We can
help organize and de-clutter one room of your home or the
entire home. This service is offered by the hour, half day
or full day.
Stage 3
- Light Budget Staging – For vacant
homes that need a little color, we place accessories in the
kitchen and baths only. Foliage is place in the main rooms
(living room, dining room and owners suite). Price is based
on the number of rooms.
Stage 4
- Heavy Vacant Home Staging – We provide
the furniture and accessories to make your house a home.
This service is offered through a monthly rental program or
a purchase outright program. A picture says a 1000 words,

your vacant rooms.
Stage 5
- Model Apartment Presentation – We love
working with apartment owners! Your apartments will rent
faster if you have a beautiful apartment to show potential
tenants. Staging actually makes rooms look larger. This
service is offered as a monthly rental program or a purchase
outright program.
Stage 6
- Touch Ups Contracting Services - Cyndi
Russell is a licensed contractor and can arrange for
repairs, painting, landscaping, cleaning and whatever is
needed to put your home in the spotlight. Just ask….chances
